Facilities Management's Health System Physical Plant (HSPP) at the University of Virginia has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Programs Manager to work with our team! HSPP is dedicated to optimizing UVA Health facilities and their regulatory compliance. Oversee ongoing regulatory compliance processes for facilities, serving as the primary contact for Healthcare System Physical Plant lab and clinical space ventilation & water quality compliance projects, with responsibility for their success. Significant building systems experience such as HVAC, plumbing, fire, power generation, informatics, and general safety. Ability to operate independently with little supervision and provide guidance for trades staff and contractors. Preferred Licensure/Certification: FM or regulatory relevant certifications a plus. Physical Demands: This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Anticipated Compensation: $90,000- $110,000 annually, commensurate with candidate qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with UVA benefits.
