Fosters the learning and development of staff to fulfill the current and future requirements of individuals and the organization. Collaborates with other departments to identify and resolve operational and patient care issues. Actively supports and promotes the shared mission and vision of Norman Regional Hospital to achieve strategic goals. Develops and promotes employee satisfaction to facilitate positive patient and physician outcomes. Professional practice. Qualifications Compensation/Benefits $39.62-$64.71/hr depending on previous work experience. Education Minimum requirement is AD or Diploma in Nursing. BSN preferred. Must be enrolled for Bachelor's Degree within 2 years of job acceptance and show continual progress. Experience Four years of experience as a registered nurse. Prefer management experience. (Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience) Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional Designation ETC Current Oklahoma license as Registered Nurse Oncology/Palliative Care (3NE): BLS, ONS Chemo/Biotherapy Provider Card ICU: BLS, ACLS, ASLS PCU: BLS, ACLS, ASLS Surgical/Tele (3NW): BLS Med-Surg (4N): BLS Med-Surg Obs: BLS CVICU: BLS, ACLS PCCU: BLS, ACLS Cath Lab: BLS, ACLS L&D: BLS, NRP NICU :BLS,NRP
