You Are:

An experienced product management professional with over 15 years in the semiconductor or EDA industry. You will excel in cross-functional collaboration, influencing stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration. Your design and IP expertise in semiconductor, FPGA, and/or electronic hardware systems is crucial. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results. Your strong communication, business, and technical skills help build trust-based relationships and ensure successful product lines.

What You'll Be Doing:The HAV (Hardware Assisted Verification) Interface Solutions Product Director will

• Define interface solutions for emulation and prototyping (HAV) that enables electronic interfaces that meet common protocol standards in semiconductor IP, such as UCIe, USB, UFS, HBM, DDR, LPDDR, PCIe, and Ethernet
• Develop visions, strategies, and requirements for key products and the product portfolio
• Maintaining roadmaps, including product and business planning
• Conducting primary and secondary market research and developing product strategies.
• Enabling customers to shift left in the semiconductor development and verification process.
• Understand how the product is used and translate that into innovative and differentiated solutions
• Work with the product core teams to manage requirements from concept to introduction
• Driving KPIs such as deployability and time-to-market.
• Managing the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• Leading product introductions and post-launch optimization.

What You'll Need:

• 15+ years of EDA/semiconductor experience, BS degree; MS or MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor IP, FPGA and semiconductor design methodologies, and/or electronic hardware systems.
• A strong background in HAV hardware solutions and use cases
• Experience in market research, product planning, product strategy, and product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of initiative and responsiveness - capable of working independently or in collaboration
