JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Principal Investigator or designee, the Clinical Research Nurse I is responsible to carry out all delegated tasks related to complex protocols testing investigational drugs, devices, or research interventions. The Clinical Research Nurse I is a a member of the team and resource for study protocol conduct acting as a liaison between the SLU SOM, clinical partners (ex. SSM Health), the Principal Investigator, Institutional Review Board (IRB), and sponsors to ensure good clinical practice standards (GCP) throughout the life cycle of the study. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Clinical Research experience strongly preferred. Salary/Benefits:Starting salary $74,000 DOE plus benefits including vacation and sick leave, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 403B retirement savings plan and match, tuition remission, employee assistance program and wellness program. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: There are three levels of Clinical Research Nurse requiring different years of clinical research experience. Candidates will be hired into the job that aligns with their clinical experience.
