Job Details Join Our Dynamic Team as an Inside Sales Executive! Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a role that combines sales excellence with account management? As a Sales Executive at Cencora, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and nurturing relationships with our primary and secondary distributors, e-commerce platforms, and 340B customers. This is your opportunity to showcase your strategic thinking and critical decision-making skills in a vibrant and complex marketplace. In this position, you will not only sell our innovative products and solutions but also ensure customer retention and contract compliance while engaging in meaningful negotiations. You will gain a deep understanding of the secondary pharmaceuticals landscape and how Cencora operates responsibly within it. Your ability to make strategic decisions will be vital as you consider the broader impact on our business and customers. Your responsibilities will also include fostering new business growth while ensuring it aligns with our core values. By actively pursuing development opportunities, you will help meet revenue goals across our Alternate Distribution, 340B, and E-Commerce channels. We are looking for someone who is not only committed to customer service excellence but also eager to advance their knowledge and skills, setting themselves apart in the industry.
Requirements: Requires a demonstrated history of successful application of account management, some consultative selling skills in a diverse customer marketplace resulting in customer retention and world class customer experience. Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education are required. Normally requires five (5) plus years directly related and progressively responsible sales experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, retail and alternate care segments is desirable.

Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
