We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Vice President of Program Development - Army. This role has the option of being remote, priority will be placed on hybrid availability in the Orlando, FL area. WHAT YOU WILL DO: This is a senior level position crucial to the continued success and growth of the company. The successful candidate will be a high performing individual capable of independently representing the company and furthering its goals consistent with guidance from the executive team. The Vice President of Program Development will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Program Development. This critical role will be responsible for all aspects and phases of Engineering Services Division program development to include pipeline development, strategic capture, and proposal development of Army opportunities. This role will lead efforts to identify, qualify, and capture specific opportunities as well as the generation of qualified pipeline growth to support Phoenix Defense forecast and plan. This position will also develop and recommend needed teaming arrangements to support the capture strategy. In addition, for key opportunities, this person will be responsible for all aspects of proposal preparation including staffing and technical solutions, compliance with solicitation requirements, writing relevant sections of the proposal not requiring specific functional expertise, leading color team reviews, and managing proposal timelines. Finally, this position will recommend and implement Business Development (BD) and marketing strategies to achieve maximum customer and market penetration and to drive tactical and strategic growth.
