Job description

Oversee all aspects of IT for Fortinet LATAM region

Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, performance of the IT infrastructure

Maintain and manage IT infrastructure and operational priorities

Lead and provide technical assistance to a team of IT professionals

Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers on contracts and issue resolution

Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop solutions consistent with organizational objectives

Perform other IT related projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

10+ years of experience of enterprise IT infrastructure environment including cybersecurity, networks, platform, storage, telephony, server rooms

Proficiency and hands-on experience of cybersecurity and network devices and software

Experience managing MPLS, IPSec VPN encryption platforms and policies

Expert knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, operation systems and applications data flows

Hands-on experience in managing firewall platforms, network security such as AV, IPS, DLP

Understanding of system integration, project management, remote team management

Customer-service oriented work ethic

Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and teamwork skills

Understanding of ITIL framework, O365, Teams

Bachelor's degree in information system or computer science

Fluent in English, Spanish or Portuguese
