The opportunity:

  • Performs analyses of raw materials, packaging materials and bulk, intermediate and finished product from other sections of quality control, chemical manufacturing and manufacturing. Ensures that all products received meet established quality standards and requirements.

  • Determines conformance to specifications for a particular physical, performance or chemical property. Compiles data and results for documentation of test procedures.

  • Assignments are routine to semi-routine in nature.

  • Calibrates and maintains lab equipment as needed.

  • Revises and updates standard operating procedures as needed.

  • May participate on a project team to deliver more strategic initiatives, under moderate supervision.

  • May train newer team members on applicable methods and procedures.

Who you are?

  • High School Diploma with 3 years related experience, Associate's Degree in a technical or related field with 1 year related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or related field

Preferred qualifications:

  • Specialized or advanced training in science, electronics or related field

  • Specialized knowledge generally of a particular area, system or equipment. Requires specific training and/or certification. Applies some advanced skills to the position or specialization.

  • Works under moderate supervision and is independently able to follow standard procedures to accomplish tasks.

  • Thorough understanding of appropriate safety procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Pay transparency

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is

39,300.00 - 73,100.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
