Research Data Analyst MED-ZSFG-HOSP Full Time 82519BR Job Summary The Research Data Analyst will work closely with the Principal Investigator and the Project Manager to adapt, pilot and demonstrate the feasibility of evidenced-based guaranteed income (GI) interventions. The Silicon Valley Guaranteed Income Project (SVGIP) is a mixed-methods randomized controlled trial (RCT) to assess the effectiveness of guaranteed income on improving housing stability among 300 families with children in Santa Clara County experiencing homelessness. This RCT is informed by community-engaged research design in partnership with key public and non-profit community organizations. It is informed by an equity and justice implementation lens to focus on key priority populations including women-led, Black, and Latinx households at disproportionately higher risk for homelessness.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $67,000 - $94,200 (Annual Rate). The Division is home to the Hospital Outcomes and Policy Evaluation (HOPE) Lab, which aims to be a research hub for data-driven innovation, health equity and clinical impact. The Silicon Valley Guaranteed Income Project is part of the HOPE Lab's research portfolio and is being conducted in collaboration with the Benioff Homelessness and Housing Initiative based with the UCSF Action Research Center for Equity. As part of the Division and this project, you will contribute to high-impact research initiatives while growing your own skills in a supportive, collaborative environment committed to improving outcomes for underserved populations.
