The primary responsibility of the Sr. Analyst of Corporate Finance is to support the Director of Corporate Finance in various financial initiatives and processes, including ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the Corporate Finance team at MGM Resorts International. The Sr. Analyst's work spans several functional areas, such as capital markets, financial modeling, and M&A. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Create and maintain financial models to support the evaluation of capital market transactions, development, M&A opportunities, and the management of MGM Resorts International's assets Participate in the evaluation and execution of capital markets, and M&A transactions Assist in developing internal and external presentation materials Help oversee the Company's compliance with its various debt agreements Assist senior management in developing operating budgets, forecasts, and other financial analysis Provide market research to support operating or capital markets decision making Interface with bank and institutional relationships as necessary Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team as necessary
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent experience. 3+ years of prior relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or economics.
