The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation N.A., is currently seeking Customer Service Support Specialistrole in Seattle, Washington. The position may have a hybrid work schedule, which will include 1 day work from home, and 4 days in office.

This position offers an unparalleled level of service to a dedicated portfolio of Bank clients. The Customer Service Support Specialist position requires an individual who works well independently and as part of a team. This position needs a person who is professional, a self-starter, flexible, and motivated.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provides administrative and clerical support for clients and department staff.

* Responsible for taking phone calls, validating information and providing day to day assistance with demand deposit client concerns.

* Acts as a face for the bank, providing back up front desk coverage.

* Acts as rotating teller, processing routine transactions such as accepting deposits, cashing checks and accepting loan or credit card payments.

* Manages vault services such as change orders and foreign currency.

* Assists clients with online banking onboarding and usage.

* Provides coverage for out of office Customer Service Staff.

* Maintains professional working relationships with clientele respecting privacy law and policy

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Requires High School Degree or Equivalent and 1+ years' experience in administrative or customer support services, banking or other related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

* Basic knowledge of banking, bank products and services.

* Ability to multi-task.

* Solid customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other business software.

* Good problem resolution skills.
