Description

As the Project Analyst for the Immunogenetics Center, you will play a vital role in managing and advancing projects and initiatives that align with the center's mission and goals. This position demands strategic planning, strong communication, and leadership abilities to drive operations, enhance institutional performance, and ensure adherence to UCLA, state, and federal regulations. Primary duties include:

* Coordinate and implement program and project activities, including assessments, organizational changes, and process improvement initiatives.

* Develop and deliver program and project materials such as reports, presentations, website updates, social media content, and communications.

* Lead grant writing and proposal submissions to secure funding and support program growth.

* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

* Monitor compliance with all applicable regulations and institutional policies.

* Collect and analyze program and project data to evaluate operational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans for continued success, impact, and relevance.

Salary Range: $68,800.00 - $141,000.00/year

Qualifications
* At least 4 years of professional experience in project management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Expertise in analyzing, researching, and synthesizing complex data to prepare relevant and impactful proposals or analyses.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities within demanding timeframes.
* Proficiency in applying advanced policy analysis techniques.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
