As Anaplan accelerates innovation, we're looking for a Senior Manager, Ecosystem Strategy and Operations to lead the development and execution of our comprehensive ecosystem strategy and go-to-market approach. This role will drive new ecosystem plays by deepening relationships with Systems Integrators (SIs), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), ISVs, and expanding engagement with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and Cloud Data Providers (CDPs).

You will collaborate closely with our Product organization to operationalize and successfully bring new applications to market; partner with the Partner Programs team to ensure seamless implementation of program updates that align with corporate priorities; and work hand-in-hand with Professional Services (PS) and Customer Success (CS) to develop a comprehensive, integrated post-sale and customer lifecycle strategy.

This role demands a strong communicator who can craft clear, visually compelling strategic presentations, effectively align cross-functional teams around a unified execution plan and proactively drive and project-manage strategic initiatives to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead Ecosystem Strategy Development:
    Own the end-to-end design and execution of Anaplan's global ecosystem strategy, focusing on expanding partnerships with Systems Integrators (SIs), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), ISVs, Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and Cloud Data Providers (CDPs).


  • Drive Go-to-Market Execution:
    Collaborate closely with the Product organization to operationalize and launch new applications effectively, ensuring alignment with market needs and corporate priorities.


  • Partner Engagement & Management Plays:
    Develop and deliver a Partner First Call deck to proactively support partner recruitment efforts. Design and implement Partner Management plays that drive pipeline predictability and repeatability.


  • Cross-Functional Alignment:
    Work collaboratively with Professional Services (PS) and Customer Success (CS) teams to integrate ecosystem efforts into a comprehensive post-sale and customer lifecycle strategy.


  • Strategic Communication & Storytelling:
    Develop clear, visually compelling presentations and narratives that articulate the ecosystem strategy and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.


  • Project & Initiative Leadership:
    Proactively drive and project-manage key strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and deliverables are met on time and within scope.


  • Market & Ecosystem Insight:
    Monitor industry trends, competitor ecosystems, and emerging technologies to inform strategy refinements and identify new growth opportunities.


  • Utilize advanced Excel analytics, data modeling, and market insights to inform Monitor competitive ecosystems, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.



Qualifications



  • 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations within partner ecosystems, business development, or related roles in technology or SaaS companies.


  • Proven ability to lead complex partner programs and drive cross-functional alignment, including collaboration with PS and Customer Success teams.


  • Strong analytical expertise, including advanced Excel modeling and data-driven decision-making.


  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a track record of influencing senior executives.


  • Experience working with or managing ecosystems involving SIs, GSIs, ISVs, CSPs, or CDPs is a strong plus.

Base Salary Range:
$132,000 $179,000 USD
