* Should be familiar with SOPs and applying contingency procedures.

* Determines the sequence and approach by him-/herself.

* Instructs and gives guidance to less experience colleagues.

* Identifies problems and comes with ideas for improvement.

* Initiative, proactive, excellent communication skills. Should be Arabic and English fluent speaker.
