Shipping Coordinator

Do you have international shipping experience and are familiar with FedEx and UPS shipping procedures? Staffmark is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator in Georgetown, TX, to oversee international inbound and outbound packages for shipping. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, utilize your skills, and ensure efficient shipping operations.

Pay: $21 per hour

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 3 PM

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related industry experience; Familiarity with FedEx and UPS (WorldShip preferred), experience with ERP.
• Forklift experience.
• Strong math, customer service, analytical, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 35 lbs and stand/walk/twist/reach/stretch/squat/kneel for the full duration of each shift.

Responsibilities:

• Review production schedules and shipping documents.
• Compare physical goods to documents and report discrepancies.
• Enter data to generate packing lists and record freight information.
• Combine boxes for shipment and affix shipping labels.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare items for shipping.
• Complete inventory management tasks and maintain records.
• Process paperwork for international shipments.
• Communicate with transportation companies.
• General housekeeping tasks.
