We have multiple openings for Account Management Representatives to join our growing team! If you're someone that believes in the positive impact of continuing education and wants to help students with developing and implementing financial plans that promote student success, this might be the career for you! This role is responsible for assisting in student success through proactive and accurate account assessment and student finance advising. Colleagues will also participate in servicing out of school student accounts, negotiating mutually acceptable payment plans and performing delinquency management on an assigned portfolio of accounts.
