We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be entrusted with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax provision work papers, allowing you to deepen your expertise in ASC 740 requirements..

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare income tax account reconciliations and coordinate tax entries with the accounting department
  • Analyze fixed asset addition, disposal, and transfer details in the tax books
  • Assist with the preparation of various separate company and combined/unitary state income tax returns
  • Respond to various federal, state, and local income tax notices
  • Research various federal, international, state, and local income tax issues
  • Participate in federal, state, and local income tax audits
  • All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1 plus year of experience (preferred) or previous Tax internship experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to perform within a team environment and add to the overall success of the team


Salary: $58,352.55-$72,940.69 annually. A starting salary higher than $58,352.55 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
