What You'll Do:

As our Controller, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, providing essential guidance to ensure the company's continued success. Key responsibilities include:



  • Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring smooth operations in general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.
  • Cost Management: Oversee and regularly review Standard Costs (Material, Labor, Overhead, and Inventory), providing actionable insights to improve cost efficiency.
  • Team Development: Mentor, grow, and lead a high-performing finance team.
  • Policy Innovation: Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure integrity and compliance.
  • Data-Driven Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, tracking key performance metrics to provide actionable insights for company leadership.
  • Leadership Reporting: Prepare and present clear, insightful financial results to senior management, guiding strategic decisions.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with department heads, using financial data to influence and drive business strategies.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop financial models that support our strategic goals, providing clear pathways to growth and improvement.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the development of annual budgets and forecasting to ensure accurate and forward-looking financial planning.
  • Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure precision in all financial reporting to meet organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Audit Management: Lead the charge in the annual financial review and audit process, ensuring transparency and accountability.



What We're Looking For:

We are searching for an experienced financial leader who brings not only technical skills but also the ability to inspire and lead a team toward success. Key qualifications include:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, including Standard Accounting and Cost Accounting principles.
  • Expertise in GAAP and a comprehensive understanding of finance, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting or finance with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
