The Cisco Multicloud Defense team delivers on the promise of cloud first simplicity with robust cloud security. Our product protects all customer cloud environments using a software-as-a-service (SaaS) control plane, eliminating inefficient, complex, and costly point solutions. Cisco Multicloud Defense is a multicloud network security platform delivered as a service. It decouples the control and data plane, resulting in two components- the Cloud Controller and the Network Gateway. The Cloud Controller provides the management and control plane. As a Software Engineer on this team, you will innovate, design, and develop features for this component and related infrastructure, with a focus on integrating AI and machine learning capabilities.
