We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as Business Development Manager

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

The Business Development Manager identifies, pursue and secure, new business from new and existing customers by actively pursuing leads, developing relationships and efficiently managing enquiries in line with the business strategy and growth expectations prioritised by the business. Customer relationships, creation and communication of total turn-key solutions based on value, capability demonstrations, and customer market intelligence will be a vital part of the job.

To drive growth for Incora's hardware business in specific market segments such as the Engine MRO market and the engine sub-tier market. To develop and nurture strategic long-term relationships with the customers, by researching and presenting sales opportunities in line with the customer's specific requirements and goals.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel throughout the assigned regions to call on existing and prospect customers to solicit opportunities in Incora integrated supply solutions
  • Develop and maintain existing and new customer relationships.
  • Liaises with internal Incora functions to keep account activities and literature up to date.
  • Provides input and maintains the CRM database, whilst scoping potential opportunity of said prospect.
  • Provides a focal point for Incora and the customer for Hardware value added Services/ integrated supply solutions.
  • Attends Trades Shows, and Customer/Vendor Seminars.
  • Develop responses to Requests for Quotation (RFQ's) and Request for Proposals (RFP's) and ensure their timely delivery to the customer to give maximum possibility of successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a full and accurate new growth forecast and to ensure that this forecast reflects the confidence of winning new business.
  • Create and maintain individual Growth Pipeline

About you

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering/Business studies.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Aerospace & Defense market, ideally within a distribution environment.
  • Previous experience in a Sales and Business Development role involving aerospace parts in highly desirable. Experience in Electrical products sales role is also desirable.
  • Strong business acumen, along with demonstrable Commercial expertise and experience.
  • Demonstrated record of pursuing and winning new strategic accounts resulting in long-term relationships for your company.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers is key to success
