Reports to the Director of Public Relations & Internal Communications and serves as a key lead in the development and implementation of strategic internal communications that support the organization's goals and mission. Primary focus is messaging development across established and emerging lines of businesses and subsidiaries under the same parent company as Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Builds strategies and tactics that translate strategic initiatives to all levels of the organization in order to increase business acumen of the core insurance business, related business initiatives and the overall healthcare industry. The role works closely with teams from Public Relations, Strategy, Events, Marketing and Brand in providing shared service support to company leadership. Serves as a program lead in internal communication functions that promote overall associate engagement; advance thought leadership; and support strategic priorities. The position leads highly matrixed internal communications work that requires strong collaboration with multiple business partners throughout the company. Position also serves as a subject-matter expert on specific business areas and stakeholder audiences in advancement of overall enterprise strategy. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
