In this role, you will:



  • Work and collaborate with the Training Plan Lead
  • Develop training materials (PowerPoint presentations, PDF supplemental resources, etc.) for the courses identified in the training plan
  • Customizing training materials as required
  • Team with the Training Plan Lead to deliver the training in the formats that include live-stream (virtual, large groups), interactive (virtual, small groups) and onsite
  • Compiling FAQs from each training session and update the FAQs source in the City's training portal for M365
  • Editing recordings for the resources in the training portal
  • Act as moderator in interactive training sessions
  • Manage and track attendance



Who You Are:



  • Solid understanding of M365 Virtual Desktop and Online Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notes, Planner)
  • Experience with SharePoint sites and team sites architecture to effectively train the audience groups in the use of this platforms for document sharing, collaboration, communication and meetings
  • Past experience delivering SharePoint/Teams training
  • Past experience developing training materials in PowerPoint
  • Experience with training delivery for a variety of audiences from casual users to executive leadership
