The position includes responsibilities as an administrative assistant which entails all aspects of managing accounts payables and receivables as it relates to the Bromeley-Daggett Equestrian Center at the Maris Cuneo Equine Park, maintaining all records of operation including contracts, liability forms, etc, arranging team transportation and lodging, maintaining the event calendar, scheduling recruit visits, managing student horse boarding feeds, contributing to the equestrian social media platforms, and other special projects. The incumbent must be able to enforce University policies, be attentive to detail, build teamwork and cohesiveness, and promote a welcoming environment.
Maintaining a high standard of health and safety of the equine facility is paramount. This includes the care of the horses and the safety and welfare of students and sta. While responsibilities are dened for sta, the care of the horses and equestrian facility is a collective eort of all who are employed at the Bromeley-Daggett Equestrian Center at the Maris Cuneo Equine Park. The administrative assistant may assist with the feeding, general horse care, and/or stall maintenance, as needed. Salary/Rate:$16.00-$17.00, 35 hours per week Essential Functions:
