Lab System Support Manager

Responsible for working with various lab personnel including Lab Management, Operations and Engineering to analyze and interpret complications with Hoya's LMS System henceforth referred to as DVI or the DVI System. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and resolve challenges or obstacles within the DVI System and/or Lab Environment. Must coordinate with multiple departments when necessary and ensure the most efficient operational outcome with the least amount of down time.
