Primary Duties Ensuring that employee's prioritize work based on start dates and follows all S.O.P's. Assist in the monitoring and scheduling of daily activities of employees. Constant feedback about working hours, quality and service. Daily repairing and maintaining all equipment. Assist in the development of new procedures to improve the process. Assist in the training and cross training of employees Assisting in the preparation of all documents for tracking production, quality and goals. Assisting in the writing of reviews and coaching's Assist in the development of new leaders Assisting in the production process in all department areas. Ensure that all good safety practices are being followed all the time. Secondary Duties Assisting in the coverage in other areas when needed Generating ideas to benefit the lab
