Radiology Supervisor - Breast Health Center

The Radiology Supervisor in the Breast Health Center supervises the daily operational and patient care activities, including breast imaging services (screening, diagnostic, ultrasound, and procedures). This is a working supervisor position, and will split time working 0.5 FTE administration and 0.5 FTE in patient care.

This role is responsible for ACR accreditations and MQSA inspections, quality assurance/improvement, staff education and communication, as well as collaboration with the Breast Health Center Manager and Medical Director. Knowledge of current modality practices and equipment as well as excellent people skills are crucial to this role. Time management, change management, and people management are all must-haves for the Radiology Supervisor. Our ideal candidate will have creative problem-solving skills and a love of maintaining order in a fast-paced and seemingly-chaotic environment, while leading a team of fantastic, motivated, dedicated employees.

Work Schedule:



  • Monday-Friday, day shift. The Breast Health Center is open from 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.


Required Qualifications:



  • Graduate from an AMA-approved program in radiologic technology or sonography.
  • Five years of experience as a mammography technologist or ultrasound sonographer in breast health.
  • Three years of experience in a progressive leadership position.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and have obtained Mammography Board certification, or ARDMS registry with breast specialty.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a science, health, or management field.


Additional Information:

This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $89,398.40-$138,569.60 annually, based on experience and internal equity. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
