What you will do:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day activities of approximately 8 engineers who will be responsible for developing positive displacement chiller products

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-year degree in engineering combined with at least 5 years leading engineers

• Experience with career development plans and growing teams

• Strong background in engineering best practices such as DFMEA, DFM, Lean, etc

• Able to travel 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Engineering

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $115,300 - $144,300 (+ bonus) in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
