We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the product lifecycle for our Behavioral Health Members Navigation across multiple channels (i.e. Customer Service, Portals, Provider Directory, Marketing, Public Relations, Vendors, and Member Engagement). This role involves leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to ensure a simple yet seamless navigation for our members seeking various services for all of their behavioral health needs. This role is also be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that enhance the user experience at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota! A Day in the Life:
Note: The Product Manager role is more strategic in the organization and will be fewer of them supporting the organization. This role is key to providing strategic direction across multiple teams or strategic initiatives. We expect more Product Owners across the organization responsible for helping focus on product specific strategy and enabling delivery of key outcomes. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
