Salary: $100K Base + Commissions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Collaborates with Regional Sales Manager to implement and execute the account growth strategies developed by the Sales and Marketing organization by providing product introductions and in-services for customers
  • Collaborates with Regional Sales Manager to complete a thorough analysis of the territory and identify key target accounts. Responsible for generating and following-up on sales leads.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing (for both existing and new products), delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • On a daily basis, builds relationships with multiple customers within an account, and keeps them informed of new products, supply/inventory, and pricing trends.
  • Supports Marketing in the development of education programs for physicians and other health professionals involved in the use of Company products in order to accelerate the adoption rates of the new techniques and products which Kaneka offers.
  • Participates in professional society meetings/trade shows, which promote Kaneka's products.
  • Supports activities related to driving enrollment in our Clinical Trials.
  • Maintains and increases professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Responsible for the storage, handling and traceability of rep stock inventory.
  • Works in accordance with quality system procedures.

  • Maintain complete and open lines of communication with other personnel, function, or department to facilitate operations and interaction in the organization.
  • Keep supervisor informed of status and progress, ensuring that regular and periodical communication takes place.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and keeping abreast of industry trends and related compliance issues within the area of responsibilities.
  • Maintain professional conduct, attendance, and high ethical standards in the work place, complying with company's policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill mandatory training requirements applicable for department and job duties as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by supervisor or Management.

High School (required)
Bachelors (preferred)
Experience
2 years: Sales experience in the neurovascular device market or endovascular medical device industry. (required)
