Your Role With Us:Position Overview:This role oversees HR functions, clinic operations, regulatory compliance, and patient experience for assigned clinics while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. It includes leadership, staff support, and process improvement responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources & Staff Management:Manage hiring, performance, schedules, staffing, and labor budgets for clinic staff.Ensure new hire onboarding, ongoing education, and regulatory compliance of personnel files.Operational Oversight:Provide on-site support to staff and maintain a culture of safety.Manage staffing tools, adjustments, and oversee visual management tools for efficiency.Participate in daily huddles and weekly rounds to ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.Compliance & Education:Conduct environment-of-care checks and ensure adherence to policies and accreditations.Provide education and support to staff as needed.Scheduling & Patient Access:Oversee scheduling templates to optimize patient access.Leadership & Lean Coaching:Act as a lean coach and step in for the Business Manager/Manager as needed.Fiscal & Administrative Responsibilities:Review monthly office supply orders and promote cost-effective practices.Patient Experience:Manage patient experience initiatives, including responding to complaints and safety alerts.Total Rewards Offerings: Salem Health's comprehensive benefits package prioritizes your mental and physical health, financial stability, family obligations and professional growth.Relocation assistance available for qualified positionsFull comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plansBasic and voluntary life insuranceShort and long-term disabilityLive Well Wellness ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(K) retirement plan with employer contributions.Generous paid time off (PTO) accrual and holiday pay Onsite fitness center with 24/7 badge accessEducation assistance programPublic service loan forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer https://studentaid.gov/Food and drink discounts in the cafeteriaImpressive discounts offered by Nike, Adidas, Carhartt and othersBackground/Expertise:Education:Associate Degree - in healthcare related field. 2 years of directly related experience may be substituted for an Associate's Degree.Experience:2 years of directly related experience, preferably in family medicine or specialty practice.Minimum of one (1) year of EMR experience required.Six (6) months in supervisory capacity or similar role required.Special knowledge, skills and abilities:Medical terminology background helpful;Strong leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills;Must have the ability to act tactfully and courteously in stressful situations;Must have the ability to appropriately handle a variety of problems and situations, sometimes of a critical and urgent nature;Willingness and ability to work independently with little to no supervision; demonstrated self-starter;Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality relating to patients, medical staff, employees, and other information as appropriate;Must have familiarity with insurance plans; Medicare and Medicaid, commercial, workers compensation and 3rd party payors;Must have working knowledge of various types of computer software programs and office equipment; Must possess a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, in order to communicate effectively and professionally, and to compose correspondence.Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
