Job Description

Under the direction of the Operations Lead/Supervisor and support of Management Staff, the employee must learn all the Quality, Safety and Production aspects as it pertains to this role. The employee must effectively support all Company polices, practices and standards as they relate to this position.

Job Function/Summary:

Starting wage $24.28 per hour

The primary function of a Palletizer Operator is to maintain the performance of the equipment to meet production goals and maintain raw materials allocated for this area.

As a Palletizer Operator you will be forklift, pallet jack, and pallet pal certified to provide support for this area of production. You will gain familiarity with laser guided vehicles and their screen functions. You will learn how to read the production schedule and identify flavors on cartons and shippers. There will be computer programs to learn and navigate through as it relates to pallets shipped.

You will be trained how to operate the palletizers and wrappers you will learn how to troubleshoot any downtime associated with each piece of equipment. You will actively participate in team goal setting and implementation.

Other duties as assigned.

Quality Expectations:

All employees must support and uphold all Kraft Heinz Quality Policies and Procedures as it relates to their job function, while maintaining an understanding of how their job role directly effects the success of the quality program and its components.

All employees must participate in annual training that covers the quality aspects of their job associated with all plant quality policies/procedures. All employees must know how to, follow, and conduct certain quality activities that pertain to their position in each area of the process. The employees must understand how ensue day to day expectations as it relates to the direct expectation of Kraft Heinz.

Employees must also understand the importance of producing quality products under the Kraft Heinz Beverage Division within the scope of Corporate and Plant policies.

The Quality of our products continue to attain a highly substantial level that has shown to award us with the reputation of delivering good and wholesome products for our customers/consumers. As a Company we may have the best equipment, raw materials, policies, and procedures, but if we do not have the obligation, dedication, and the willingness to abide by, observe of and perform to our quality expectancies, all other pieces in place will not matter.

Safety Expectations:

Ownership and vigilance from all employees will help prevent accidents from occurring or reoccurring. Communication, identification and reporting from the employee is one of the best tools that helps a company define where their opportunities reside within the structure of the plant. Together Nothing we do is worth getting hurt for and every injury could and should have been prevented.

Qualification Cards:

The employee must also pass the Qualification card associated with their position, which will cover safety, quality, and job responsibilities for that position. The employee must meet the assigned target level by the end of their training period. During the training the supervisor and your trainer will evaluate your process throughout the training period and will disclose what you need to work on. You must reach your assigned target level by the end of your training period.
