"I can succeed as a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Capital Group." As a Manager, HRBP, you'll play an integral role in our American Fund Services Group (AFSG) team by leading the design and delivery of HR solutions across a broad spectrum of topics including organizational design, change management, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will partner with others on the AFSG HR team, HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop the talent of the future, and strengthen our organizational excellence. Working across your designated business group, you'll manage HR rollouts and projects that have a direct impact on the people component of our business strategy. To thrive in this role, you've spent time working closely with business leaders in matrixed organizations. You've also worked on high performing teams and have the confidence and courage to drive outcomes through a consultative, "influence without authority," approach. This is an individual contributor role and will not have direct reports. To optimally support this client group, you will be located in either our Indianapolis, San Antonio or Irvine offices. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings. You can learn more about our compensation and benefits here. * Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
