Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Corporate Partnership Manager/Coordinator to manage and coordinate student support functions, specifically focusing on partnerships between the University and outside partners. This role will involve working closely with both internal teams and external partners to manage individual partnerships, ensuring alignment with university goals and enhancing the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate student support functions, including working directly with different teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to students.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Team to manage and oversee partnerships with external organizations, ensuring that all student support initiatives are aligned with the university's objectives.
  • Oversee the management of individual partnerships, working closely with external partners to ensure that student programs and services are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee programs related to admissions, financial aid, and scholarships, ensuring consistency and quality across all initiatives.
  • Use technical experience, judgment, and precedence to analyze potential solutions for improving partnership management and student support functions, providing recommendations as needed. Query and report writing will be required.
  • Ensure that all programs and initiatives are compliant with university policies and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of service quality and efficiency.
  • Simplify and communicate complex information about the corporate partnership processes and financial aid options to faculty, staff, and external partners.
  • Represent the student support function to internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication across departments and with external partners.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that student support services are aligned with the university's broader strategic goals and mission.
  • Solve problems and resolve issues in straightforward situations, ensuring the timely delivery of services and addressing any concerns from students or partners.
  • Conduct Financial Literacy Training: Develop and facilitate interactive workshops and presentations on various financial topics, including budgeting, saving, investing, credit management, and financial planning.

Shift

Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm with some weekend hours during peak times

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a university or college setting preferred.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $51,875 - $73,008 Annual
Grade: GGS-010
University Title: PRGM MGR II STUDNT SUPPRT SVCS.
