Key Responsibilities: Coordinate cost controls and strictly lead all aspects of expenditures for the account Plan and develop all menus with a sharp focus on detail and innovation Purchase and manage inventory, ensuring flawless stock levels Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams Uphold all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a world-class dining experience Lead and mentor a team of associates, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment Preferred Qualifications: Culinary degree preferred Three to five years of proven culinary management experience Experience in managing large production operations is required Previous experience managing cost controls and budgets Ambitious with a desire to learn and grow within an excellent foodservice company Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and successfully implement new initiatives Apply to CulinArt today!
