Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Location: Weston, FL

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Key Responsibilities:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale federal construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include:

• Developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborating effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Fostering positive relationships with team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Adjusting project plans based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and presenting regular status reports to both clients and senior management.
• Overseeing the preparation and negotiation of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintaining all financial documentation and forecasts related to the project.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management focused on large federal construction projects and deep foundation work.
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $50 million, preferably for government agencies such as the Army Corps of Engineers.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
