Description Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Livermore, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for order entry, validation, monitoring orders to delivery schedule, resolving invoice issues. Interacts with customers, company sales and/or field service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions for domestic and international customers. Must be highly responsible and able to follow through tasks to completion. Here's what you will receive: Pay: $35/per hour Duration: 12 months Schedule: Swing Shift Hours - Monday to Friday 2pm to 11pm. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Must have 1-2 years of SAP order processing and call center experience. Good verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of MS Office suite Knowledge of Order Processing and Order Management Skills. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Vocational or technical training or equivalent a plus. Knowledge of LAM systems a plus.
