Staffmark is coordinating the direct hire of an Electromechanical Sales Representative in Kyle, TX. Salary | $50,000 - $70,000/yr. (Depending on experience) + commission

Schedule | 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Requirements | 2-4 yeas of related experience. Electromechanical knowledge and inside sales experience.

Essential Tasks:

The role involves addressing customer needs with professionalism, ensuring exceptional service and solutions. It includes analyzing and verifying financial information for accurate reporting, utilizing asset management strategies to maximize profitability, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The position also involves managing vendor and customer relations, reviewing inventory levels with the Purchasing Manager, maintaining sales records, and administering incentive programs. Additionally, it includes supporting audit processes and applying an understanding of manufacturing production to inform decision-making and sales strategies.

What You'll Bring:



  • A strong understanding of electromechanical systems or products (motors, sensors, drives, automation systems, etc.).
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally with a technical or industrial product focus. Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and asset management to help guide business strategy.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients in a clear and effective way.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least one year of college-level education or relevant experience in sales or a related field. A degree in a technical or business discipline is a plus.
