We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Accountant . The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tax-related functions across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all processes. Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage estimated tax payments.

* Develop and maintain tax workpapers (W/Ps) and ensure their accuracy.

* Review and respond promptly to any tax notices received.

* Manage Asset Keeper for all entities, including asset listing cleanup.

* Handle personal property renditions and ensure timely payments.

* Prepare and submit annual reports and license renewals.

* Maintain compliance with local business tax returns.

* Oversee unclaimed property reporting processes.

* Administer the AR Advantage Tax Program.

* Facilitate HPIP Sales Tax Exemption and training credits.

* Support the tax credit programs.

* Gather and organize relevant tax information for domestic and international operations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

* CPA preferred.

* Proven experience in tax accounting and compliance.

* Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.

* Proficiency in tax software and asset management tools.

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
