The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support for the department, such as preparing and distributing reports, assisting with special projects, coordinating flow of work and providing general administrative support to the Chief of Anesthesia, Practice Manager, and other department leaders. The position requires the ability to multi-task, to show initiative, to use good judgment in problem solving, to assume responsibility and achieve results.
High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, and experience using these tools for project completion preferred. Experience with Qgenda desired. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to work within a team, and ability to work with highly confidential information is required. EEO Statement
