We are looking for a Cl ient Service Associate (Teller) toprovide top notchcustomer service to our clients and customers at our Quebec branch in Denver, CO . Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, whilemaintainingan acceptable balancing record.
  • Identifiesand addresses clients' needs byprovidinga variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
  • Resolves clients'problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
  • Identifiesand maximizes cross-sellbanksopportunities through exploring needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
  • Must have solidbalancingand customer service skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based onclients'needs.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $19.00 - $21.00 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
