For designated shift, facilitates optimal utilization of nursing staff. Provides administrative/clinical supervision and consultation; serves as resource in emergency situations; promotes problem-solving approach for the purpose of conflict resolution; collaborates with the Nursing Directors. Functions in capacity of the Senior Vice President for Patient Care Services when the Senior VP is not on site.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; master's degree in psychiatric nursing or BSN degree
Licensure:
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Skills/Experience:
MSN - 18 months experience in psychiatric inpatient setting
BSN - 3 years experience in a psychiatric setting.
