Overview:
A global manufacturing company of Pneumatic Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing and IoT Data Specialist to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital transformation, enhancing online presence, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve significant business growth. You will play a key role in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies, optimizing our e-commerce platform, and integrating IoT technologies to gain a competitive edge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & E-commerce:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), email marketing, and content marketing.
* Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform, including product catalog management, user experience (UI/UX) enhancements, and conversion rate optimization.
* Manage and enhance websites with WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
* Update and expand the online shop product range to 15,000+ items while ensuring seamless navigation and checkout processes.
* Work Examples: Update product pages with visually appealing layouts; add interactive features to highlight key technical specs.
Targeted Marketing Campaigns:
* Develop strategies to engage OEMs, MROs, SIERs, and individual consumers (Customers vary from B2B and B2C).
* Manage online advertising campaigns and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
* Utilize lead-generation tools like white papers, downloadable content, and sample giveaways from our online shop.
* Develop and distribute robust email campaigns targeting B2B customers using Mailchimp; create landing pages for DIY-focused product bundles.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty:
* Launch customer loyalty programs and personalized experiences to drive repeat purchases.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for digital growth.
* Analyze website traffic and key metrics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Manage online advertising campaigns and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
IoT Data & Analytics:
* Integrate IoT technologies into the company's operations to collect and analyze data on product performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify new revenue streams.
* Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards business goals.
* Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to personalize customer experiences and improve marketing effectiveness.
Project Management & Collaboration:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, e-commerce, and IoT.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for digital growth.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. Preferably in B2B industrial marketing with a focus on niche products.
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
* Experience with IoT technologies and data analysis is a plus.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
