Intune Support Specialist

STS Technical Services is currently hiring an Intune Support Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin . If you have experience in device management and application deployment, and you're ready to make an impact in the IT field, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team.

As an Intune Support Specialist, you will play a key role in deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management. You will ensure device compliance, troubleshoot issues, and enforce application deployment policies to support a robust IT infrastructure.

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  
• Implement and manage device compliance policies, conditional access, and security baselines within Intune.
  
• Configure multi-app kiosk mode setups to optimize device performance and usability.
  
• Develop and enforce application deployment policies for both desktop and mobile environments.
  
• Troubleshoot Intune-related issues, including policy conflicts, app distribution errors, and device enrollment failures.
  
• Assist with other miscellaneous tasks and IT-related projects as assigned.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field (preferred but not required).
  
• 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD (Entra ID), and general policy configurations within Azure.
  
• Knowledge of general hardware and software systems is a plus.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and IT environments.
