Pro Staff is looking for a reliable and motivated CNC Machine Operator to become a part of our team in Alexandria, MN. Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Shift Available: 3rd Shift - 11 PM to 7 AM (rotating schedule) As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts into CNC machines while ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards. Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to adhere to all safety programs and guidelines. You will operate CNC machines responsibly, follow company policies, and read and interpret manufacturing orders and blueprints to ensure product accuracy. Additionally, you will conduct quality inspections using precision measurement tools, perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning chips and monitoring coolant levels, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production. Troubleshooting machine errors and part variances, suggesting improvements, and cross-training on various machines and equipment will also be part of your role. Qualifications: Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to identify safety hazards and contribute to a safe work environment. Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. Strong decision-making ability and willingness to participate in ongoing training. Previous CNC machine operating experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
