About the Opportunity DMI, LLC is hiring an IDQ Data Engineer with deep experience in Informatics Data Quality (IDQ) to design and develop delivery of scalable data and analytics solutions, implement and integrate new technologies, manage and evolve data lake. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, proven data design and implementation capabilities, strong business acumen, and an innate drive to deliver results. He/she will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. This position is 100% remote supporting CST work hours. Qualifications Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: * 7+ years of experience in Informatica Data quality * 5+ years of experience in Powercenter * Experience in creating profiles in IDQ * Experience in creating scorecards/IDQ rules in IDQ/Powercenter * Experience in Enterprise Data Catalog * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines * Experience in SQL/Oracle DB Technical: * Overall IT experience in Data related projects for over 8+ years * Minimum 5 years in Data quality related projects * Deep familiarity with Installation and configuration of Informatica Data Quality software in multiple environments * Knowledge of Informatica's data quality methodology and best practices for analyzing, cleansing, standardizing, and matching/duplicate resolution * Knowledge on the following: build and edit reference tables, tune data quality processes, typical administrative procedures, patching and upgrading * Knowledge transfer on how to troubleshoot and tune data quality processes Non-technical: * Strong problem solving and analytical mindset * Experience building scalable, real time and high-performance cloud data lake solutions * Experience with relational SQL and scripting languages such as Shell and Python * Hands on coder who understands the concepts behind distributed databases, batch and stream processing * Experience building and shipping data production pipelines sourcing data from a diverse array of sources. * Ability to influence and communicate effectively with team members and business partners * Experience with workflow scheduling/orchestration tools * Hands-on experience of cleaning, preparing and optimizing data for ingestion and consumption * Able to quickly pick up new programming language Min Citizenship Status Required: None Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.
