____________________________________________________________________________________ Position Title: Senior Endpoint Engineer (LSC, OSC, SSC) ____________________________________________________________________________________ Position Summary We're seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to play a crucial role in enhancing our endpoint management capabilities. As part of the Workplace Technology team, you'll deliver and support endpoint solutions that drives the JetBlue experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint management, with a focus on leveraging Intune to manage iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices. The Senior Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing endpoint computing solutions to ensure the efficiency and security of JetBlue's IT infrastructure. Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain and support JetBlue's endpoint computing management to ensure the highest availability while reducing the impact of incidents.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise as a subject matter expert on Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and endpoint management concepts.
- Design, implement, and manage mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies using Microsoft Intune to secure and streamline device and application usage across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Autopilot and co-management SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) services.
- Manage and maintain endpoint compliance, configuration, application, and security policies.
- Recommend and implement security best practices to sustain and improve the security of all mobile devices.
- Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve complex operational issues impacting user productivity and design proactive resolutions to address and prevent.
- Document all architected designs and develop operational SPOs for efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint solutions align with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in endpoint management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least eight (8) years of previous related work experience
- Five (5) years of experience in IT, demonstrating a growing progression of responsibilities including work in endpoint computing, service management, and technology adoption
- Guide in the following functions of IT: Mobility, desktop/laptop/tablet/smartphone, operating systems, enterprise systems design, enterprise systems management, asset management, endpoint system security
- Expertise in Endpoint management supporting technologies including Microsoft Intune, Omnissa Workspace One (WS1), Configuration Manager (SCCM), Autopilot, Azure AD, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Apps, Office 365, Group Policy, etc.
- Extensive experience in leveraging Microsoft Intune platform to manage Android, Windows, and macOS
- Extensive experience in endpoint management tools such as SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Experience in implementing Windows Co-management and Autopilot solutions
- Proven success and demonstrable ability to effectively to develop and deliver the technologies listed above, with specific experience in deploying and managing these solutions in a complex organizational setting
- Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) principles
- Demonstrated project management skills, capable of providing technical leadership of initiatives from conception through to successful implementation
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Available for overnight travel (up to 10%)
- Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response on short notice
- Provide twenty four (24) hour, seven (7) day a week on-call support at scheduled times
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Entra ID Connect and Entra ID Conditional Access
- Experience with PowerShell and automation
- Solid understanding of ITIL Foundation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated team lead skills
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- CompTIA Security+ or similar security certifications
- ITIL Foundation

- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $150,400.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
