We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to play a crucial role in enhancing our endpoint management capabilities. As part of the Workplace Technology team, you'll deliver and support endpoint solutions that drives the JetBlue experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint management, with a focus on leveraging Intune to manage iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices. The Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing endpoint computing solutions to ensure the efficiency and security of JetBlue's IT infrastructure. Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain and support JetBlue's endpoint computing management to ensure the highest availability while reducing the impact of incidents.
- Provide guidance and expertise as a subject matter expert to implement and manage mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies using Microsoft Intune and Omnissa Workspace ONE to secure and streamline device and application usage across the organization.
- Assist design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for application deployment and configuration, device configuration and compliance, and ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 endpoint solutions.
- Manage and maintain endpoint security policies and configurations.
- Assist design and deploy Windows 11 provisioning and configuration processes using Intune Autopilot with co-management.
- Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve complex operational issues impacting user productivity and design proactive resolutions to address and prevent.
- Extensive experience in endpoint management tools such as SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
- Experience in managing endpoints like iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS on Microsoft Intune platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint solutions align with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in endpoint management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least five (5) years of previous related work experience
- Three (3) years of experience in IT, demonstrating a growing progression of responsibilities including work in endpoint computing, service management, and technology adoption
- Guide in the following functions of IT: Mobility, desktop/laptop/tablet/smartphone, operating systems, enterprise systems design, enterprise systems management, asset management, endpoint system security
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Apps, Office 365, Group Policy, etc.
- Proven success and demonstrable ability to effectively to develop and deliver the technologies listed above, with specific experience in deploying and managing these solutions in a complex organizational setting
- Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) principles
- Demonstrated project management skills, capable of providing technical leadership of initiatives from conception through to successful implementation
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Available for overnight travel (up to 10%)
- Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response on short notice
- Provide twenty four (24) hour, seven (7) day a week on-call support at scheduled times; and be able to be contacted through a business cell phone or provide an alternate phone contact at all times
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Expertise in Omnissa Workspace ONE (WS1) to manage iOS and Android devices
- Expertise in Autopilot to provision and configure Windows 10 or Windows 11 devices
- Knowledge of Entra ID Connect and Entra ID Conditional Access
- Experience with PowerShell and automation
- Solid understanding of ITIL Foundation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- CompTIA Security+ or similar security certifications
- ITIL Foundation
Crewmember Expectations:
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $90,500.00 and $128,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
