Position Summary

The primary job responsibilities of the Supply Technician II is to be responsible and accountable for material/supplies/equipment/furnishings, ordering, receiving and inventory upkeep, utilizing all resources available within the assigned work area. The primary objective of the Supply Technician is to provide a safe, qualified work environment for himself as well as other Technicians while being available to answer questions both to the field personnel and supervisors. This position has a responsibility to ensure all stations have a well-stocked and controlled inventory with the goal of reducing downtime and increasing the quality and delivery of our services to the crews. They keep all equipment/furnishings reported and maintained in a safe manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

Ensure inventory control management on work orders/requisitions, taking care to utilize the business unit associated with the supplies. May involve support items for satellite stations, up to and including furnishings.

Order and receiving material goods to assigned work orders/requisitions using the Company computer system or scanning device.

Detail inbound orders/requisitions and receipt of goods in an accurate and timely fashion. Inform Supervisor/Manager of any changes to an established schematic of supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of each work area/vehicle. Perform inventory counts to ensure accurate record keeping.

Respond to daily phone/email inquiries to help facilitate coordination between departments. Makes routine checks of vehicles and completes reports/forms as required.

May assist in equipment repairs or returns to vendors under warranty. Maintains accurate records of all preventive maintenance and repairs for durable equipment.

Assure timely receiving and deliveries for all equipment, furnishings, medical and non-medical supplies necessary for station support. Troubleshoots durable equipment/maintains records of all preventive maintenance of equipment.

Current Driver's license and disclose any violations of driving record to Management as soon as they

occur.

All other duties as assigned by Team Leads or Management.
