Staffmark is currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Springdale, AR, and we're excited to help you achieve your career and financial goals. Pay: $11.00/hr during training, $13.00/hr after training

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Will have 1 day off during the week and on Sunday)

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing check-ins, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:



  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
