Are you passionate about clean energy and excited to connect with customers in a meaningful way? Staffmark, in partnership with our client located in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist who will play a critical role in helping homeowners make the switch to solar energy.


What
you'll Do:



  • Set and confirm appointments with potential clients.
  • Update and maintain CRM files and customer profiles.
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify homeowners to determine how solar energy can meet their needs.
  • Scrub through generated leads to identify top prospects.




What
you'll need to be successful in this role:



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Velocify and Agemini preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in the solar industry is a bonus (preferred but not required).




Job Details:

Pay | $18/hour

Upon Hire-On | There is potential to earn bonuses.

Hours | 40 hours/week, 8-Hour Shifts | Hours are available are Monday-Saturday | Hours of operation are between 6 AM and 7 PM.
